CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
At Denta Levant Dental Clinic, we aim to provide quality care in a timely and efficient manner. To help us manage our schedule and accommodate all patients fairly, we have outlined the following cancellation and refund guidelines:
1. Booking Deposits & Specialist Appointments
Certain appointments may require a booking deposit to confirm your slot.
Patients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to two (2) times without losing their deposit.
Further rescheduling requests may require a new booking and deposit, subject to clinic discretion.
2. Refund Policy
Payments and deposits are non-refundable, except under special circumstances and subject to management approval.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Services
All treatment purchases, packages, and products are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed or rendered.

5. Changes to Appointment Times
Appointment changes are subject to availability. We kindly ask that any rescheduling requests be made as early as possible so we can allocate your slot to another patient.
