Welcome to Denta Levant Dental Clinic. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Denta Levant Dental Clinic provides a comprehensive range of dental services aimed at promoting optimal oral health, function, and aesthetics. Our scope of care includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

• Preventive Dentistry: Oral examinations, scaling and polishing, fluoride applications, fissure sealants, and patient education for long-term oral hygiene maintenance.
• Restorative Dentistry: Tooth-colored (composite) fillings, inlays, onlays, crowns, and bridges to restore the structure and function of damaged teeth.
• Endodontics: Root canal treatments for the preservation of teeth affected by pulp infection or trauma.
• Periodontics: Diagnosis and treatment of gum disease, including deep cleaning (scaling and root planing), periodontal maintenance, and minor gum surgeries.
• Prosthodontics: Replacement of missing teeth with full dentures, partial dentures, implant-supported prostheses, and fixed prosthodontic restorations.
• Paediatric Dentistry: Child-focused care including preventive treatments, fillings, space maintainers, and pulpal therapy for primary teeth.
• Cosmetic Dentistry: Smile enhancement through teeth whitening, veneers, enamel reshaping, and aesthetic composite restorations.
• Oral Surgery: Extractions of unrestorable or impacted teeth, minor oral surgical procedures, and soft tissue management.
• Orthodontics: Teeth alignment using conventional braces and clear aligner systems for both adolescents and adults.
• Tongue Tie and Lip Tie Management: Assessment and treatment of oral restrictions (ankyloglossia and lip tie) using laser frenectomy, with integration of lactation support, myofunctional therapy, and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Airway and Myofunctional Services: Support for oral-facial growth and function, including therapy for mouth breathing, improper tongue posture, and sleep-disordered breathing.

All treatments are performed by trained dental professionals in accordance with Malaysian dental regulations, using modern equipment and patient-centered protocols.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Patients are encouraged to inform us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• For appointments with no deposit, cancellation or rescheduling is permitted with prior notice.
• For appointments with a booking deposit, patients are allowed to reschedule up to two (2) times only.
• Further changes may require a new booking and deposit at the clinic’s discretion.

Denta Levant reserves the right to manage appointment slots in consideration of other patients and clinic resources.

3. Payment and Fees

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards and online transfers.
• Installment or financing options may be available through selected partners.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Refund and Return Policy

• Medical and dental services rendered are non-refundable.
• Refunds for pre-paid services (e.g., packages) may be considered under specific circumstances, subject to management approval.

5. Medical Disclaimer

• Information on our website is provided for general educational purposes only and does not substitute professional advice.
• Results may vary based on individual cases. A proper diagnosis and treatment plan will be provided only after a consultation.
